‘Who Let the Dogs Out’: The Czech Intelligence Service Annual Report and the Challenges of Discussing Threats in a Postfactual Age

He also touched upon the broader challenges as the sharpening political divide and deepening mistrust in the established institutions in the postfactual era. To fully benefit from BIS' warnings, Czech society needs to own its faults instead of blaming historical processes or elusive outside forces. Mending socioeconomic divides and reforming public institutions to increase their capacity to govern is the best "hybrid defence" of all.
