Michal Kolmaš Editor-in-Chief of Czech Journal of International Relations (CJIR)

Michal Kolmaš is the editor-in-chief of the Czech Journal of International Relations and an associate professor at Metropolitan University Prague. In his research, he applies constructivist and critical approaches to the study of international relations. He focuses on Japanese foreign and domestic policies, and climate change in international relations.  

He earned his Ph.D. in International Relations from Charles University and his M.A. from Masaryk University. He has extensive experience working at universities in Japan and the United States. He is a member of several professional organizations, including EJARN, and serves as an evaluator for the P408 panel of the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic.
