The conference serves as a platform for fruitful discussions on the effectiveness and accountability of European Cyber ​​Foreign and Security Policy. We aim to enrich manifold discussion on cyber conflict and peace research by gathering policy makers, public officials, and academics from across Europe and beyond. The conference will focus on several key themes in insightful panels and interactive working groups.

We will dive into the role of European public and private actors, emerging hybrid threats, and the EU's role in capacity building; as well as the intricate relationship between critical infrastructure protection and conflict resolution in Europe. The overall goal of the conference is to forge a path towards more empirical, data-driven research in cyber conflict and peace, to ultimately bolster resilience in the cyber and information domains.

The European Repository of Cyber ​​Incidents (EuRepoC) is an independent research consortium dedicated to better understanding the cyber threat environment in the European Union and beyond by promoting data-driven discussions and policy-making.
